Catering Manager
 

Camille proudly joins the Pines Manor from New York, with over 8 years of experience in the Catering Industry.  Her journey into the industry began at a New York Landmark , called The Renaissance, as Manager of Daily Operations.  This position enabled her to learn all areas of the catering business.  However, her passion for hospitality and service, earned her a promotion within one year, gaining an additional title of Banquet Manager.  Her vision and strong passion quickly became recognized, as her ability to seamlessly create unique events, giving customers “reasons to return”.

Camille is a natural in the Catering Industry.  Her warm and enthusiastic personality, along with precision and attention to detail, has helped contribute to her success and client satisfaction.  Her vision and passion for Weddings and Social Events set a high mark in the Pines Manor.  She takes pride in planning Weddings, while building relationships with her clients.  She has executed and designed over 100 Weddings, Social, Corporate and Non-Profit Events, with clients and coordinating services with vendors, who provide unique customer services.  Her talents compliment the Pines Manor and together they bring unparalleled service, experience and positivity to their work with brides, families and businesses.

The hospitality business is not a stranger to Camille.  She was born and raised into her family business, Manhattan’s first full-service salon.  Besides being the creator of the salon, her father was the creator of the first “unisex” hairstyle.   Consistently in the public eye and media, the salon was written in various magazines, including The New Yorker.

Outside of the Pines Manor, Camille gives her time to her community and is involved in two, very distinct, non-profit organizations.  She also serves as a board member on the Society of St. Paul’s.  She is very close with her family and enjoys spending time with them, besides being the proud mother of one son.  In her free time, she enjoys the arts, museums, Broadway and outdoor activities.   She earned an Associate’s Degree in Business from Adelphi University and worked on Wall Street, before joining the Hospitality Business.
