Elvia Constantin is a Catering Manager at Pines Manor bringing more than 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. Her energetic personality and ability to connect with people allows her to execute our client’s vision without a flaw. Whether coordinating a wedding, birthday celebration, charity event, conference or business meeting, her meticulous planning and eye for details ensures an outstanding affair.

Elvia’s journey into the hospitality industry began as Banquet Manager at the Sheraton NY Hotel and Towers in New York City. She handled food and drink menu planning, audio/visual requirements and general layout of meeting and banquet space. After 15 years at the Sheraton, Elvia moved on to the Hilton Hotel in East Brunswick where she was responsible to oversee all banquet functions as well as 42,000 square feet of public space.

Elvia is married and the mother of two beautiful daughters. She has a passion for hospitality which is evident in her home, as she entertains family and friends, creating beautiful backdrops for many special occasions. Elvia is bi-lingual, fluent in Spanish and English. She earned her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration at St. Francis College, Brooklyn, New York.
