Catering Manager
 

Sarah Mendoza joins the Pines Manor sales team as one of the many talented Catering Managers.   Sarah gained her experience working with guests hands on as a bartender and then as a server when she started with the Pines in 2004.

As an opportunity arose, she was asked to join the office as an Administrative Assistant where she learned the administrative side of the business.  In addition she worked on implementing office procedures, training, and worked on various advertising projects.  At the same time, she worked on her Associate’s Degree in Visual Communications at Katherine Gibbs.

Upon graduation in 2007, Sarah  joined the Banquets team as a Maitre d’.  During these years, she gained her wealth of knowledge of running corporate and social events from beginning to end.  As a Catering Manager, she solidly believes in the Pines Manor and she shares her love of it to her clients.

Seeing the daily operations from all angles, Sarah truly enjoys what she does and embraces it every day as the hospitality business is her passion.  Work has been an adventure for Sarah, not a job.  Her positive attitude and cheerfulness can light up a room.   She believes that the happiness and delight in her client’s faces is worth all the hard work and diligence it takes to plan and execute an event.  Her dedication, loyalty, and solid work ethics ensure that your event will run smoothly and efficiently.
